1 General Terms & Introduction

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted. The name on the deposit must match the name on the account.
• Ak365 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits — however, charges from your bank or mobile banking service may apply.
• Ak365 reserves the right to temporarily freeze any transaction identified as suspicious.

4 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal from ak365. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• VIP members receive priority withdrawal service.
• Ak365 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• No additional fees are charged for withdrawals.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through our support team. In such cases, any verified balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
